1.Membership Eligibility

2.Out of Stock

If product is not in stock, Aukdirect have every right to cancel the order without intimation to customer, email should be sent for cancelled order. In the event of Out Of Stock, full amount will be refunded to customer

3.Pricing Policy

Prices of some items which are subject to MRP restrictions are being sold on the website after adding up costs of our services, delivery and online transactions cost. The distribution could not be shown separately due to technical restrictions and is assumed to be understood

Whatever prices and offers of the products are given in our website is only valid when customer purchase from our website.

4.Product Quality & Performance

The Quality of the Products is the sole responsibility of the respective Brand Owners.
If you have any issues regarding quality, manufacturing issue then you may lodge complaints against with vendors. And AUKDirect will help in resolving the issue with the vendors

5.Orders are considered to be executed in the below cases: –

• Recipient not available
• Wrong phone or Cell or Extension number/ not working/ no reply or not connecting/ reachable and delivery is not done.
• Premises locked.
• Delivery not done due to wrong address.
• Recipient refused the products.
• Delivered the product at the Gate/ Reception/ Neighbour.
• Products will not be sold to ordinary consumers, but rather to B2B clients.

6.Cancellations by the customer

Cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. On cancellation of an order after it has been processed/approved by Aukdirect.com, the cancellation charges will become applicable @ flat rate of 2% + Courier Charges of the order value.Aukdirect has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Aukdirect and accept Aukdirect.com decision regarding the cancellation. Products once dispatched cannot be returned. Nothing herein will prevent you from returning the product pursuant to rights available to you under applicable law. After cancellation approved by Aukdirect refund initiated with 5-6 working days in provided account detail by customer.

7. Shipping Policy

• We deliver material within India through private courier transport or Indian Post.
• We cannot take responsibility for the delay in delivery, only we can coordinate with the Courier Company for parcel information.
• In case of any Pandemic situation courier company can be denied door delivery in that case customer has to pick parcel from the courier office.
• Delivery can be delay or refused according to circumstances like heavy rain, flood, curfew, remote area etc.
• We take tentative delivery time for parcel i.e 8-12 working days after shipping.
• Delivery charges may be change as per product and to area.

8. Delivery

Delivery will not be redirected/ redelivered to any other address without extra charges. We will attempt delivery of the items only once. In case the delivery is not executed during the attempt, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery may be possible.

Note:

In case of floods/ Heavy Rains/ Band we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery for another date. If Aukdirect is unable to deliver your order, then complete refund will be made. We shall not be liable for any other charges, loss of profits, emotional stress or any other liability etc. caused due to non-delivery. No change in instructions can be entertained on the date of delivery unless acknowledged and confirmed in writing by our customer support team. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled unless requested 1 working day (before 4 pm.) prior to the delivery date. We will not entertain any complaint of any order after 7 (Seven) days from the date of delivery of the order. Aukdirect retains the right to refuse any order unconditionally. As a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Card holder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.3rd Party Logos used in this website belong to various owners and we do not claim to be the owner. 10. Modification of Terms and conditions of Service

Aukdirect.com may at any time modify the User Agreement without any prior notification to you. Subsequent to any modification of the User Agreement, we will inform you of the modifications in the User Agreement via e-mail at the address provided by you while registering on Aukdirect.com. You can access the latest version of the User Agreement at any given time on Aukdirect.com. You should regularly review the User Agreement on Aukdirect.com. In the event the modified User Agreement is not acceptable to you, you should discontinue using the service. However, if you continue to use the service you shall be deemed to have agreed to accept and abide by the modified User Agreement.

11.Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This User Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. The Courts at Bangalore shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement.

Any dispute or difference either in interpretation or otherwise, of any terms of this User Agreement between the parties hereto, the same shall be referred to an independent arbitrator who will be appointed by Aukdirect.com and his decision shall be final and binding on the parties hereto. The above arbitration shall be in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended from time to time. The arbitration shall be held in Bangalore. The High Court of judicature at Bangalore alone shall have the jurisdiction and the Laws of India shall apply.

12.Fraudulent /Declined Transactions

Aukdirect reserves the right to recover the cost of goods, collection charges and lawyers fees from persons using the Site fraudulently. Aukdirect.com reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings against such persons for fraudulent use of the Site and any other unlawful acts or acts or omissions in breach of these terms and conditions. The arbitration shall be held in Bangalore. The High Court of judicature at Bangalore alone shall have the jurisdiction and the Laws of India shall apply.

12.1 Out of Stock

If product is not in stock, Aukdirect.com have every right to cancel the order without intimation to customer, email should be sent for cancelled order. In the event of Out Of Stock, full amount will be refunded to customer.

12.2 Customize Your Server

Your quotation request can be discarded if there is an invalid contact number.

12.3 Cancellation Charges

2% amount to be deducted when order cancelled by the customer.

12.4 Handling time

There are 7 days handling time. If order will not shipped after 7 days for in stock items or as mentioned the delivery dates then order will cancel and refund will be initiate to the respective payment method. In case there will COD, order will cancelled and infirm to the respective customers.

12.5 Product Information images and Specification

All specifications of products and its images mentioned on our website is just to identify the product, it may be vary time to time by its manufacturer, in that case our company is not liable for any errors or any technical thing which does not match with the product received by customer. 12.6 Colors

Aukdirect.com will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability for use of a card fraudulently will be on you and the onus to ‘prove otherwise’ shall be exclusively on you. “We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.”

12.9 Shipping and Delivery Policy

Tracking of shipment can be delayed upto 24 hours after shipping due to postal department update. We are dispatching products same day before 5pm. After 5pm any order will be dispatched on tomorrow shipping cycle. High priority order can be delivered before 7pm. This can be tracked on Bluedart with valid tracking id which we will provide you after shipping. All standard orders can be shipped by our shipping partners, Bluedart or any other shipping partners . Standard delivery time depend on area pincode and courier partners.

If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, incomplete, or not current or if Aukdirect.com has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or not in accordance with the User Agreement, Aukdirect.com has the right to refuse to provide you with access to the Site.
