Shipping and Risk

  • Order Will Be Shipped Within 24-48 Working Hours After the Order is Processed.
  • Shipping Partners:  BlueDart (Depending on Availability at Your Pin code), Auk Direct does not have any control over operations of shipping partners.
  • Delivery dates are an estimate provided by shipping partners. Shipping Partners are solely responsible for any kind of Delays.
  • Loss or damage occurred during shipping is Auk Direct Responsibility
  • Communicate with you, either directly or through one of our partners, including for customer service, to provide you with updates and other information relating to the website, and for marketing and promotional purposes
  • You Must Leave a remark during delivery to the delivery executive about damaged box or package, and make an unboxing Video of the Package that is damaged.
  • You must notify Auk Direct of damaged or missing items from your order within 24-hours of receiving your package.

Order Processing /Cancellations

  • Orders will be Processed and Ready to Dispatch Within 24-72 Hours.
  • Order Cancellation Fee for Orders is 5% of the Total Order Amount.
  • Order Cancellation Fee for Processed server and Workstation Build Orders is 15% of the Total Order Amount.

  • All Products Sold by Auk Direct Are Under Selected Company Warranty.
  • We Do Not Provide Warranty of Any Product but We provide Support for Claiming Your Product Warranty.

DOA/Replacement Policy

  • If the Product does Not Work Out of The Box, Then Only This Policy is Valid.
  • DOA Policy is Valid for 3 Days Only.
  • To Claim DOA Replacement, You Must Record Unboxing Un-Cut Video of The Package and Send it to us.
  • If the Product DOA is Confirmed, a Reverse Pickup of The Product will be arranged By Auk Direct, And a Replacement Product will Be Dispatched within 7-15 Working Days After Receiving your Product.
  • We Will Test Your Product After Receiving, If the Product is in Working Condition You Have to Bear the Reverse Pickup and Forward Shipping Charges for The Same.
